This Is the Path That Saved Me.

I Built PiP to Help You Find Yours.

I’m Russ.

For most of my life, I believed I wasn’t good enough, unmotivated, someone who couldn’t get started or see things through. ADHD, mindset, and imposter syndrome shaped more of my story than I realized.

I had come to the conclusion that this was just who I was. I spent most of my time trying to numb that feeling through food, alcohol, games, or anything on the internet. I weighed over four hundred pounds and had simply given up.

One night, facing my own mortality, a thought wouldn’t leave me alone:
I’m going to die filled with regret.
That moment was a breaking point and a catalyst for change.

I started studying core beliefs, mindset, grit, and the neuroscience of why we get stuck.

It wasn’t easy. It was small steps. Setbacks. Showing up anyway.

I want to be clear. I don’t have it all figured out.

I still fall off the path. What I’ve learned is how to return.

You have to put in the work. No one can do it for you.
But you don’t have to do it alone.

The Path will be here for you.
