Your FAQ
Why doesn’t Positive Impact Path engage in politics or political issues? At PiP, we understand that politics matter. Many current policies directly harm and threaten members of our society. Fighting back, challenging unjust laws, and pushing for change are absolutely important and we support the organizations already doing that critical work. But Positive Impact Path was created to serve a different role. Rather than adding to the political noise, PiP is meant to be a pause. A space where people from different backgrounds, beliefs, and perspectives can reconnect not through debate, but through empathy, shared humanity, and personal growth. Politics often divide. PiP is designed to unite. By focusing on mindset shifts, compassion, and simple human connection, we hope to reach people who might otherwise shut down when faced with direct confrontation. Change doesn’t always have to be loud to be meaningful. Sometimes, empathy itself can shift perspectives. That’s why we leave political advocacy to the experts and focus on creating a welcoming space where everyone can begin walking their own path, together.
Why doesn’t Positive Impact Path include religion or religious beliefs as part of its work? Positive Impact Path is designed to be a welcoming space for people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and lived experiences. Rather than including any one religious framework, PiP focuses on shared human values supported by science, psychology, and real-world action, things like growth, community, empathy, grit, intention, and generosity. Many people find meaning, strength, and guidance through religion, and PiP fully respects that. Our goal isn’t to replace those paths, but to offer tools and perspectives that anyone can use, regardless of belief system.
Are my payments or donations secure? Yes. All PiP payments and donations are processed through trusted, encrypted systems such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. Your financial information is never stored by PiP directly, and all transactions follow industry-standard security protocols.
How does PiP choose the charities it supports? Every charity we feature goes through a thoughtful review process built on empathy, transparency, and proven impact. We look for organizations that: Align with PiP’s core values of mental health, inclusion, youth empowerment, and protecting the planet. Demonstrate clear, measurable results and responsible use of funds. Serve underrepresented or underserved communities. Share our belief that small, consistent acts can create lasting change. We also revisit partnerships regularly to ensure every cause we highlight continues to meet these standards.
What percentage of the money actually goes to charity? Positive Impact Path is built around both immediate impact and long-term sustainability. Supporter contributions: A minimum of 25% of all supporter payments goes directly into the PiP Charity Pool, which is distributed among our Partner Charities supporting mental health, inclusion, youth empowerment, and the planet. Merchandise (when available): For PiP merchandise, 50% of profits are donated directly to our Partner Charities. Other revenue streams: Income from things like affiliate links or special projects may have different allocations, but all support PiP’s mission, funding free tools, community resources, and ongoing charitable giving. We’re committed to transparency. As PiP grows, we’ll share clear updates showing how funds are used and how donations are distributed. We also provide direct links to our partner charities, so you can donate directly at any time and see 100% of your contribution make an immediate impact.
Is Positive Impact Path a nonprofit? Not at this time. PiP is a mission-driven platform that blends purpose and sustainability. We operate with transparency and give a portion of all gear/project proceeds to featured charities. A formal nonprofit arm may come in the future, but for now, we remain flexible to grow, give, and build responsibly.
Do you partner with other organizations or campaigns?” Yes. Most PiP projects are created in-house or with our community, but we also collaborate with organizations, creators, and companies that share our values of empathy, equity, and positive impact. In the future, we hope to expand these partnerships from joint campaigns to creative collaborations that help bring positive impact into the world, together.
Can I share PiP content or tools on my own site or social media? Absolutely! We encourage sharing PiP articles, quotes, and tools that inspire you, spreading positivity is what we’re all about. We just ask that you credit Positive Impact Path and link back to the original source. Please don’t resell or alter the content, and when in doubt, reach out before reusing it for public projects.
Where do your tools and resources come from? Most of our tools are created in-house by the PiP team and reviewed for clarity, accessibility, and science-based grounding. Some draw inspiration from established psychological and behavioral research, like growth mindset, habit building, and cognitive reframing, while others are co-developed with community members and professionals. Every resource is reviewed before being shared.
Who runs Positive Impact Path? Positive Impact Path was founded and is currently run by a small, independent team led by its founder. It’s built around purpose, empathy, and community, not corporate interests. The goal is simple: to grow a platform where people can find hope, practical tools, and meaningful ways to make a positive impact together.
What’s next for Positive Impact Path? Positive Impact Path is always growing. Upcoming plans include new interactive tools, featured courses, and creative collaborations through our Artist Spotlight program. We’ll also continue expanding partnerships with organizations that share our mission of creating lasting positive impact. The best way to stay updated is by subscribing to our free PIP newsletter, where we share new articles, projects, and opportunities before they appear anywhere else.
Why isn’t everything free on PiP? Most of what you’ll find on Positive Impact Path, tools, guides, articles, and core resources are completely free and open to all. PiP runs on optional supporter contributions and future mission-aligned products. Part of supporter funding goes directly to charity, and the rest helps cover the real costs of keeping the platform running from hosting and software to creating new resources and maintaining a space that stays free for everyone. Merchandise (when available) is priced normally because it involves manufacturing and shipping, but a significant portion of profits is donated to our Partner Charities. The goal isn’t to lock growth behind a paywall. It’s to build something sustainable, transparent, and capable of creating more good over time.
How does PiP handle donations and transparency? A portion of profits from merchandise and membership contributions are donated to our partner charities. Impact updates are shared on our Transparency & Impact page
Is Positive Impact Path therapy or medical advice? No. PiP provides educational tools and motivational guidance, not medical or psychological treatment. If you are in crisis, call 988 in the U.S. or your local emergency services. Learn more on our Support & Safety page
